Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be our coordinator and administrative expert who enjoys working with and in systems, solving problems, and serving colleagues and suppliers. You will be the administrative support in all procurement matters both internally and externally.

This includes:

• First-line support via email and phone
• Supporting the organization with questions regarding the procurement process
• Supporting the organization with calls from existing contracts
• Answering questions from suppliers
• Developing administrative routines/instructions/standard responses
• Being the department's super administrator in dedicated systems
• Providing statistics and follow-ups
• Conducting active improvement work

Education and Previous Experience

We would love to meet you if you describe yourself as service-oriented. You have good IT skills, are quick to learn systems and systematic approaches, enjoy exploring, and possess a logical ability that allows you to see what needs to be done and where we can streamline our processes. You have ongoing education that we consider relevant, for example, in procurement, law, political science, economics, or similar fields.
